Similar to the years prior, we will be offering our sessions on a first-come, first-served basis. The booking request form will become active via the link below once registration begins.

Registration Directions

  1. Update your intake paperwork by clicking here. If you have not updated your intake paperwork within the last six months, please do so prior to registration to avoid any delays.  If you have not completed intake paperwork before please fill out our full version.
  2. On August 21, 1:00pm (AEST) bookings will become available via the link above. The best way to book is through our website by visiting this page. If you choose to book by phone we can help you complete the form, but this will not give you an advantage in the registration process.
  3. If booking multiple sessions, you will need to complete booking request forms for each session you would like your child to attend.
  4. Upon submission of your booking form, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the request has been received. This does not confirm your reservation in the session. Confirmation will only be provided once you’ve placed your $1000 AUD deposit for the session.
  5. We will contact you by August 28 providing a tentative schedule for the session, or waiting list placement options. The final schedules will not be released until 30 days prior to the session start date. Unfortunately, changes to your schedule may happen. If we do have any changes we will contact you with your new schedule options.
  6. To confirm the session, you will be sent an invoice with a payment link. You will be required to pay a $1000 deposit within five days from when the invoice was sent. If we have not received payment or contact from you regarding the payment during this time the space offered to you will become available for booking.
  7. Once payment is received you will receive confirmation of your intensive session reservation.

 

Why book in advance?

Reserve your child’s space in the session that works best with your schedule. As you can imagine, our holiday sessions are by far our most sought after. The only way to secure your space is to book while they are still available!

 

Advance booking does not guarantee your therapy team.

The earlier you register, the better we will be able to work around your preferences. However, your therapy team is not confirmed until 30 days prior to the session start date when the final schedule is released.

For consistency purposes, we do our best to schedule your child with therapists they have worked with in the past, but we cannot guarantee that each of your therapists will be available during the full three-weeks of any particular session.

Similar to you, our therapists have family emergencies, become sick, or need a holiday from time to time. We will do our absolute best to inform you of any schedule changes well in advance. If one of your therapists is out during a portion of your session, we will provide you with your alternate schedule 3-4 weeks prior to the start of the session.

Can I use NDIS, BetterStart, or any other funding towards my deposit?

Your $1,000 AUD deposit is due within five days from when your invoice is received. This deposit payment is independent of all funding sources. If you plan to pay for the entire balance of your session with funding, you deposit will be refunded once payment has been completed.

 

What is the pricing of your intensive program?

All of our Sydney based intensive sessions are billed at $175 AUD per hour. You may use various Australian funding sources & insurance / applicable international insurance towards intensive total.
2 hour/day program would consist of 30 hours, total $5,250 AUD
3 hour/day program would consist of 45 hours, total $7,875 AUD
4 hour/day program would consist of 60 hours, total $10,500 AUD

How do I book a “Pop-Up” Intensive Session?

Pop-Up sessions will be available for registration through the Sydney website on August 21, 2017 at 1:00pm (AEST).

What is the pricing for a “Pop-Up” Intensive Session?

2 hour/day program would consist of 30 hours, total $5,500 USD
3 hour/day program would consist of 45 hours, total $7,800 USD
4 hour/day program would consist of 60 hours, total $9,100 USD

 

What funding sources do you accept for the intensive program?

We’re happy to announce that we are now providers for NDIS, Better Start, HCWA, and many other funding providers throughout Australia. For more information on funding sources we accept, please click here. To apply NDIS or any other funding towards a session please contact us at (02) 9420 5080.  Again, funding cannot be used for Perth, or any pop-up USA hosted sessions. For questions specific to your child’s funding options please speak to your GP or planner.

 

Registration for one-week sessions will become available 3 months prior to session start date.

We encourage our therapists to take their time off during these times, so we will not know our availability until we’re closer to the session. If you join the waitlist for either of these sessions we will contact you once they become available.

 

What is your cancelation policy?

Outside 30 days from session start date:

  • If you would like to move your deposit to a new session you can do so for a $250 AUD fee. This fee may be waived if you need to switch for a medical purpose (injury, illness, or anything that prevents your child from participating in therapy) but you must provide documentation from your child’s physician.

Within 30 days from session start date:

  • If you would like to move your full payment to a new session we can do so for a $1000 AUD fee. This fee may be waived if you need to switch for a medical purpose (injury, illness, or anything that prevents your child from participating in therapy) but you must provide documentation from your child’s physician.
