How do I book a 2023 intensive session?
All of our 2023 intensive session are booked. However, the first step to getting added to our Los Angeles wait list is to fill out
Intake Paperwork.
Once submitted, please give our team 15 business days to determine an individualized program. Our therapists will confirm that your child is a candidate and recommend which of our therapies are best suited for their needs. We will then be able to add you to the wait list for the 2023 session of your choice.
Intensive FAQs
Housing and Hotels
Our favorite cities within a 30-minute drive are El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Marina Del Rey, Hermosa Beach, Culver City, and Santa Monica.
- Airbnb
Check out this list of Airbnb properties which have been favorites of other NAPA families! While we do not have affiliations with all Airbnb rentals, it is worthwhile to let them know you are a NAPA family as they may be willing to provide a discount or additional accessible features in regards to your stay.
- Residence Inn El Segundo
- Residence Inn Redondo Beach
With both options located less than three miles from the clinic, the Residence Inn by Marriot is a favorite among NAPA families and our best recommendation for traveling families. You can’t go wrong with the daily breakfast and light dinner Monday – Wednesday and amenities like laundry on site and swimming pool. There are multiple room options at different price points. Ask for the NAPA rate when booking.
- Ronald McDonald House Long Beach
Located 30-45 minutes away. The Long Beach location can onboard NAPA families that need a little extra help or support to make an intensive possible. 30 Days before your Intensive starts your Intensive Coordinator can refer you at your request. After you are notified, this form has been submitted, follow up with RMDH to verify your eligibility and confirm availability.
Siblings
Sessions run smoother when both the parents and therapists can focus on the patient at hand. If you bring siblings, they may wait in the parent lounge. We ask you keep them off of the therapy equipment and refrain from using toys as tempting as our open gym setting is.
You can also use our outdoor playground if the preschool isn’t using the structure at the time. Siblings (18 months to five) can take part in our NAPA Kidz Academy Preschool for $40 per day. Reserve your spot in the Kidz Academy no less than 30 days prior to your session start date.

Do we need a rental car?
It is our recommendation you rent or hire a car during your stay. With LA’s sprawling landscape, this concrete jungle has limited transportation options. There are approximately 40 rental car companies that operate out of LAX. For wheelchair accessible vans, check out
