Our website is FULL of information about our approach and therapies but we understand that all this information can be a little overwhelming at times, especially if you are just getting started in your disability journey. Although we are well known for our 3-week intensive programs, we do offer weekly appointments and can schedule shorter introductory intensives if you are worried about your child completing their first intensive. Additionally, if you are new to this world, your child is an infant or may currently be undiagnosed, please just reach out to us, as a quick chat or short discovery session may be able to steer you in the right direction!
Call us at any time and you can speak with a real person to answer any of your questions. Our clinics are run by parents of children who live in your world, with kids who access NAPA therapies. We have lived experience so if you are overwhelmed by anything, then we are just a phone call away!
You can schedule a free online or in-person Discovery Session for your child at any time. Our online Discovery Hours run weekly at set times and provide families with a comprehensive introduction to NAPA, our therapy services, fees and funding, and our approach to working with children and families. There is also a live Q&A with our Client Experience Team, giving you the opportunity to ask questions specific to your child and family.
Alternatively, In-person Discovery sessions include a short clinic tour and an introduction to NAPA, our therapy services and how we work with children and families.The session also gives our team an opportunity to meet your child and get to know your family, if you choose to bring them along.
