Doctor of Physical Therapy, University of Colorado
Jason was inspired to become a Physical Therapist after being a camp counselor and volunteer for children with physical and intellectual disabilities over 10 years. Jason enjoyed promoting inclusion through creative camp activities, watching campers grow physically and socially, and collaborating with parents to understand their child’s unique needs, equipment, and interests. Jason is excited to join the NAPA Center team to continue supporting the growth and potential of children of all abilities. Outside of work, Jason advocates for people with disabilities through local and national leadership roles, and he has presented on topics such as 24-hour postural care, assistive technologies, and adult transition. Jason’s hobbies include running, cooking, eating, and traveling with his wife. Growing up his favorite TV show was Sesame Street, and today he loves anything to do with Pete the Cat.
