Kayla graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Child Development from California State University, Long Beach. Following graduation, she gained experience working with children aged 18 months to 12 years through various settings, ABA, early intervention programs, preschools, and social skills group. Her passion for working with children stems from a deep appreciation for their resiliency and growth. This passion led her to continue her education, and she is currently pursuing a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program at Cerritos College. With a strong foundation in child development and a growing expertise in communication disorders, she is committed to supporting children’s developmental and communicative success. When Kayla is not at NAPA, you can find her spending time with her family, taking Pilates classes, and trying out new restaurants and coffee shops.
