Silvia had her Bachelor degree in tourism management and extended her knowledge by studying business administration in Australia. She constantly studies different courses for self-development as she believes it’s important to always continue to grow and learn.

She is friendly, approachable, and compassionate. She volunteers in activities within her community which involves dealing with people who have disabilities from different ages which gave her a wide experience in how to deal and communicate with people considering their different needs. She is excited about being a part of the NAPA team where she can be a witness of so many wonderful moments seeing beautiful unique kids succeed in reaching their individual goals from their very little first step.

When Silvia is not busy at Napa, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking her dog for a walk, she also loves drawing, doing outdoor activities. Silvia loves travelling as she enjoys learning more about the different cultures, she’s already been to a few different cities around the world and she can’t wait to tick more cities off her list.
