Sophie is a detailed oriented person who loves working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Struggling to choose a career path post-covid, Sophie started at NAPA as Administration Coordinator, thinking she would continue her studies to become a physiotherapist. However, she fell in love with the administration role and the joy it brings to see kids smashing their goals and moved in the Administration Manager role in 2025.

Outside of NAPA, Sophie loves solo travel, cuddling with her dogs on the couch and volunteering at her local netball club. She has volunteered at her local netball club as umpire’s convenor since 2019 and loves to coach and mentor the club’s junior umpires on the weekends. She is a passionate netball umpire, with over 15 years’ experience umpiring at Netball NSW competitions since 2020.
