The new portal is designed to make it easier for families to manage care, appointments, forms, payments, and important records, all in one place. Here are some of the biggest improvements coming with Ocean Friends.
Families will be able to view intensive appointments in one convenient location within Ocean Friends. This makes it easier to keep track of schedules without having to look in multiple places.
Please Note: Weekly appointments management are part of a future release, currently expected in January 2027.

The Ocean Friends mobile app makes it easier for families to access their accounts on the go. Whether you are checking appointments, reviewing information, or managing account details, the portal will now be mobile-friendly and more convenient to use from your phone or tablet.
Moving forward, intake documents will be accessible directly through the new portal. Families can now view these documents within Ocean Friends instead of requesting them from the front desk.
Please Note: Other documents are part of a future release, currently expected in January 2027
Recommendations will now be updated directly in the system, allowing families to view the latest information in one place.
The intake update process will be much easier. Updates have been reduced to essential questions only. Information already completed during the initial intake will be pre-filled, while still remaining editable, so families can review and update details more quickly.
Check back for updates. We’ll continue adding guides, resources, and important information here as we get closer to launch.
We are making this change to create a more streamlined, mobile-friendly experience for families and to make important information easier to access.
You’ll use your cell phone number to log in to Ocean Friends. Make sure it’s updated in your existing MyNAPA profile.
MyNAPA is becoming part of the Ocean Friends platform. After launch, families will no longer have access to MyNAPA.
All key family information from MyNAPA will be transferred to Ocean Friends, ensuring you can still access the necessary details on the new portal. Rest assured, your MyNAPA information will be available to you in Ocean Friends at launch.
