In this video, NAPA PT Lauren shares 3 dynamic balance exercises. If you prefer text, we have transcribed the video for you below. Have fun!

This is 3 dynamic balance exercises.

1. Using two dynamic disks

Step on and increase your child’s balance by asking them to touch either a color or a number or even pick up something. Now, challenge your child by shouting out a color and a number.

2. Add a ball into the mix

You can even add a ball into the mix! Have your mom or dad bounce pass, catch, and push back.

3. Walk across couch cushions

Next, you can kick off your shoes, throw some couch cushions on the ground, and walk across. Taking your shoes off increases the challenge!
